I bet I can make you laugh... This morning, first thing, one of the boys reached into his pants with an alarmed expression and pulled out fingers covered in poop. I grabbed the other 5 kids and escorted them to another teacher's classroom, knowing it was going to take me a while to help the poor lil guy clean up.
"Miss Jessica?" I knocked on her classroom door and ushered my kids in, hurriedly asking, "Can I leave them with you for a minute? I just had explosive diarrhea all over the carpet."
She just stared at me blankly, moving slowly away from the door with the kids.
Then I realized my phrasing. "*I* did not have explosive diarrhea," I stammered, "One of my kids did!"
shucks. did anything happen, or is it the monday blues/mean reds?
ReplyDeleteEee, it was a pretty bad day, occurrence-wise. But is okay... I survived and am home to drink coffee and wear a big flannel shirt and stretchy pants.
ReplyDelete*hugs*
